Delivery and returns policy


What are your delivery charges?

UK Delivery

All UK orders under £100 in value are sent Royal Mail First Class post as standard.

For orders valued over £100, we use Royal Mail Signed For 1st class as standard. Please note that this requires a signature. If the need for a signature is problematic for you please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for all orders if guaranteed next day delivery is required. (N.B. This is next day AFTER dispatch).

UK Standard Delivery£4.95. Delivery within 5 working days.

UK Royal Mail Signed For 1st class - £7.95. Delivery within 3 working days. (Royal Mail aim for next day delivery, the day after dispatch)

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery - £9.95. Delivery within 2 working days (Royal Mail guarantee next day delivery by 1pm, the day after dispatch)

UK Candle Delivery - Any order including one or more candles will incur a charge of an additional £2 per candle.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and other remote postcodes may take longer.

Should you require your order quickly, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Overseas Delivery

Overseas orders are sent out Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service.

Orders to Europe - £15. Delivery will take 5-10 working days depending on location.

For orders outside Europe - £20. Delivery will take 11-15 working days depending on location.



When will my item be dispatched?

An email notification will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched.

It is our aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm (Monday – Friday) within 2 working days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and credit clearance. (For Royal Mail Special Delivery options, our aim is within 1 working day) .

If an item is out of stock and has to be made to order, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure our stock position is kept up to date, it is possible, for an item ordered to become out of stock before we accept the order. In this circumstance, we will notify you straight away, allowing you to change or cancel your order if you wish.

Delivery within the stated guidelines is our goal however we cannot accept liability for the consequences of any delays.


How do I return my order?

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you do change your mind about anything you buy simply return it to us unused and in its original condition, within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items) and we will happily exchange for you or give you a refund. Refunds will be made by the same method used to make your purchase. Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of returning any items.

Please log in to your account, find your order and choose the return option to receive a returns authorisation. Remember to obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.

For hygiene reasons we will not be able to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty and we are unable to exchange or refund bespoke goods ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
